RFQ & Quotation Terms
Last updated: July 12, 2026.
Submitting an RFQ or inquiry through this website does not create a purchase commitment. We review each request based on product specification, quantity, customization needs, compliance requirements, delivery destination, and available production capacity.
Quotation basis
- Prices, lead times, minimum order quantities, sample charges, tooling charges, payment terms, and shipping terms must be confirmed in the final quotation.
- Custom cable assemblies may require drawing approval, sample validation, or engineering confirmation before mass production.
- Unless stated otherwise in the quotation, taxes, duties, freight, and import clearance costs are not included.
Order confirmation
An order is confirmed only after both parties agree to the final specification and commercial terms through a purchase order, proforma invoice, signed contract, or other written confirmation.
